The Stadtbrunnen (City Fountain) marks the historical center of Füssen's Old Town and symbolizes the town's rich history and connection to Saint Magnus. The fountain, created by Alois Vogler in 1968, features a bronze statue of St. Magnus triumphing over a dragon, representing his role in establishing Christianity in the region.

Walking
The Stadtbrunnen is located in the heart of Füssen's Old Town on Reichenstraße, easily accessible on foot from most points in the town center. From the Füssen train station, walk north along Bahnhofstraße, then turn left onto Reichenstraße. The fountain will be on your right, approximately a 10-15 minute walk.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus, disembark at the Füssen bus station, which is near the train station. From there, follow the walking directions to reach the Stadtbrunnen. Bus fares within Füssen are typically around €2.50, but travel is free with a Füssen Card.
Parking
Several parking garages are available near the Old Town, including Parkgarage City Sparkassenhaus on Kaiser-Maximilianplatz. From the parking garage, it's a short walk to the Stadtbrunnen on Reichenstraße. Parking rates at City Sparkassenhaus are not available, but other parking lots charge €12 for up to 6 hours. Mobile parking is available via the Parkster app.
