From the Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station, walk east along Bahnhofstraße, then turn right onto Am Kurpark. Continue along Am Kurpark; the Wasserkugel-Brunnen will be on your left, near the Spielbank casino. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.
