Ensure you are on a train that stops at 'Karlshorst' station. Once you arrive at Karlshorst, exit the train and transfer to Bus 194 in the direction of 'Schönefeld Flughafen'. Ride the bus for about 5 stops until you reach 'Wuhlheide Bahnhof'. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to ModellPark Berlin-Brandenburg. Simply follow the signs towards An d. Wuhlheide, and you will find the park on your right.
