Head east on Waldowstraße, and you will see the park entrance shortly.

If you are closer to an S-Bahn station, take the S-Bahn to 'Lichtenberg' station. After arriving, transfer to the bus number 240 at the bus stop outside the station. This bus will take you directly to 'Waldowstraße' stop. Once you disembark, walk east along Waldowstraße for a few minutes, and you will arrive at Oberseepark.

Another option is to take the tram. If you are near the 'Rummelsburg' tram stop, take tram line M10 towards 'Waldowstraße'. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at 'Waldowstraße'. From there, walk a short distance east along Waldowstraße to reach Oberseepark.
