From there, it's a short walk east along Bernauer Straße, then north on Schwedter Straße to reach Falkplatz. Alternatively, several bus lines, including 142, 247, 50, M1, and M27, stop near Falkplatz. Get off at the Gleimstraße or Milastraße stops, which are both within a few minutes' walk of the park. A single public transport ticket (AB zone) costs around €3.00.

If you are already in the Prenzlauer Berg or Mitte districts, walking to Falkplatz is a pleasant option. From Mauerpark, simply walk east along Schwedter Straße. Falkplatz is directly adjacent to Mauerpark. From the Gleimviertel neighborhood, head south on any street that intersects Gleimstraße until you reach Falkplatz. The park is located on the south side of Gleimstraße. There are no access fees or tolls for walking.
