The Museum in the Castle Wolfach is easily accessible on foot from anywhere in the town center. Simply navigate to Hauptstraße 40. The museum will be on your left as you walk along Hauptstraße. The walk offers pleasant views of the charming town.
Public Transport
To reach the museum via public transportation, take a regional train to Wolfach station. From the station, you can walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a local bus. If walking, exit the station and head northeast on Bahnhofstraße, then turn left onto Hauptstraße until you reach the museum. Bus schedules vary, so check local schedules for routes stopping near the museum. A single bus, tram, or metro trip typically costs between €1 and €2. Note that with the KONUS guest card, visitors can use public transport for free.
Car
If driving, head towards Wolfach on the B294 road. Once in Wolfach, follow signs for 'Schloss' (Castle). Turn onto Hauptstraße and continue to Hauptstraße 40. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.
