Public Transport
From Bonn Central Station (Bonn Hauptbahnhof), take the Regional Express (RE) train towards Köln (Cologne). The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Köln Hauptbahnhof (Cologne Central Station). From there, you can walk to the Kranhäuser im Rheinauhafen. Exit the station and head southwest on Trankgasse towards Unter Käster, then turn left onto Breite Straße. Continue straight until you reach the Rhine River. Once you are at the riverbank, turn right and walk along the riverside promenade until you see the Kranhäuser (Cranes Houses) on your left.

Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, from Bonn Central Station, you can take bus number 610 towards Köln. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the 'Köln Hbf' stop. From there, walk towards the Rhine River, following the same directions as above: exit the station, head southwest on Trankgasse, left onto Breite Straße, and then right along the riverside promenade to reach the Kranhäuser im Rheinauhafen.

Walking
If you are staying in the city center of Bonn, you can walk to the Bonn City Hall and then take the scenic route along the Rhine River to Cologne. Head north on Welschnonnenstraße, then turn left onto Rheinuferpromenade. Continue walking along the riverbank, which will take you directly to Köln, approximately a 1.5-hour walk. Once you reach Köln, head towards the Kranhäuser im Rheinauhafen as described earlier.
