Car
From Berlin, take the A115 highway towards Potsdam. Merge onto the A10 (Berliner Ring) heading towards Magdeburg. Continue on the A4 towards Erfurt, and take the exit for Friedrichroda (B88). Follow B88 into Friedrichroda. Marienglashöhle cave will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but there may be a fee.
Public Transportation
From Berlin, take the regional train (RE) to Erfurt. Once in Erfurt, transfer to a regional train heading to Gotha. At Gotha, switch to bus line 112 towards Friedrichroda. Get off at the 'Marienglashöhle' stop. The entrance is a short walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule as it may not run frequently.
Walking from Parking Area
If you arrive by car, after parking, walk towards the entrance of Marienglashöhle cave. The cave is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the parking area. Follow the signs leading to the cave, which will guide you through a scenic path in the surrounding nature.
