Getting There

Walking
If you are in the Cologne Cathedral area (Kölner Dom), exit the cathedral and head towards the main square, Roncalliplatz. Walk straight down Martin-Luther-Platz until you reach the Rhine River. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the riverbank. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see Frankenwerft on your left-hand side, just before you reach the famous Old Town (Altstadt).

Find the nearest tram stop, which is either 'Heumarkt' or 'Dom/Hbf'. If you are at Heumarkt, take tram line 1 towards 'Bensberg' or line 7 towards 'Südfriedhof'. If you are at Dom/Hbf, take tram line 5 towards 'Rudolfplatz'. Get off at the next stop, 'Heumarkt'. From there, exit the tram and walk towards the Rhine River. Turn left and walk along the riverbank for about 5 minutes until you reach Frankenwerft.
