Train
From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take a direct train to Düsseldorf. Look for trains headed towards Düsseldorf Hbf (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof). The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving at Düsseldorf Hbf, exit the station and follow the signs to the underground tram station.
Tram
Once at Düsseldorf Hbf, take tram line U78 or U79 towards 'Düsseldorf, Heinrich-Heine-Allee' or 'Düsseldorf, Merziger Straße'. Get off at the 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Kunst im Tunnel.
Walking
After getting off at 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee', head south towards the river, and then walk towards the Mannesmannufer. Follow the path along the riverbank to your left. Kunst im Tunnel is located at Mannesmannufer 1b, right next to the water, and will be on your right-hand side.
