If you are starting from Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and look for the tram station. Take tram line 1 or 7 in the direction of 'Bonn' or 'Bayerwerk' respectively. Get off at the stop 'Heumarkt', which is about a 10-minute ride. From Heumarkt, walk towards the Rhine River, and you will see the Lindt Chocolate Museum (Schokoladenmuseum) on your left, located at Am Schokoladenmuseum 1A.

If you are near the Neumarkt area, head to the Neumarkt bus stop. Take bus line 133 towards 'Köln, Mülheim' and get off at the stop 'Schokoladenmuseum'. The museum will be directly in front of you as you exit the bus. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes.

If you are staying in the Altstadt (Old Town) area, the Lindt Chocolate Museum is within walking distance. From the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), walk down the 'Domstraße' towards the Rhine River. Continue straight until you reach the riverbank, and then turn left. Follow the river along 'Rheinauhafen' where you will see the museum at Am Schokoladenmuseum 1A. This walk should take about 15-20 minutes.
