Getting There

  • Public Transport

    If you're starting from the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), walk to the nearby 'Köln Hauptbahnhof' (Cologne Central Station). From there, take the S-Bahn line S11 towards 'Düren' or 'Aachen' and get off at 'Köln Nippes' station. Once you exit the station, head north on 'Nippeser Straße' for about 10 minutes. You will reach a small park area, and the Sonnenuhr (sundial) is located in the park. Look for the large circular sundial structure.

    If you are near the Neusser Straße in the Nippes district, walk towards 'Riehler Straße' and then take a left on 'Neusser Straße'. Continue walking straight until you reach 'Nippeser Straße'. Turn right and you will soon see the park where the Sonnenuhr is located. It should take approximately 15 minutes on foot.
