    From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 18 towards 'Thielenbruch'. The tram stop is located right outside the main entrance of the station. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Zoo/Flora' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance of Cologne Zoological Garden, which is located at Riehler Str. 173. Just follow the signs for the zoo, and you will reach the entrance in about 5 minutes.

    If you're in the city center, you can walk to the Cologne Zoological Garden. Start at the Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom) and head north toward the Hohenzollern Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Riehler Strasse. The zoo is approximately a 30-minute walk from the Cathedral. Look for the signs indicating the zoo as you get closer.
