Train
To reach the Tourist-Information - Visit Düsseldorf from Cologne, start by heading to Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof). From there, take an Intercity (IC) or Regional Express (RE) train towards Düsseldorf. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Düsseldorf Central Station (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the main street (Worringer Straße). Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rheinstraße. Turn left onto Rheinstraße and continue walking for about 10 minutes. The Tourist-Information will be on your right at Rheinstraße 3.

Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, start your journey at Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) and find the bus terminal. Look for a bus heading to Düsseldorf, such as the FlixBus service. The bus ride will take around 1 hour. Upon arriving at Düsseldorf, get off at the central bus station. From there, walk towards the main road (Worringer Straße), then turn left onto Rheinstraße. The Tourist-Information is located at Rheinstraße 3, just a short walk from the bus station.

Tram
Alternatively, you can take a tram. Start at Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) and take tram line 18 towards 'Köln-Deutz/Messe.' Transfer at the Deutz station to the S-Bahn line towards Düsseldorf. Once you arrive in Düsseldorf, get off at the Düsseldorf Hbf station. Proceed as described above: exit the station, walk towards Worringer Straße, turn left onto Rheinstraße, and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Rheinstraße 3.
