If you are near the main train station (Dresden Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 1, 2, or 4 in the direction of 'Gorbitz' or 'Laubegast'. Get off at the stop 'Postplatz', which is a 15-minute ride. From there, walk straight down Augustusstraße for about 5 minutes; the Dresden Transport Museum will be on your right at Augustusstraße 1.
