Public Transport
From Dresden city center, head to the nearest tram station, either 'Postplatz' or 'Dresden Altmarkt'. Take tram line 7 towards 'Langebrück' or tram line 10 towards 'Coschütz'. Get off at 'Moritzburg' stop. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk to Fasanenschlösschen. Head south on 'Hauptstraße', then turn left onto 'Fasanerie'. Continue walking straight until you reach the Fasanenschlösschen, which will be on your left.
Bus
From Dresden, take bus line 330 from 'Dresden, Bahnhof Neustadt' towards 'Moritzburg'. Get off at the 'Moritzburg, Fasanerie' stop. From there, it's a short walk. Head south on 'Fasanerie', and you will arrive at Fasanenschlösschen in about 5 minutes.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Dresden. Head towards Moritzburg by following the bike paths. The most scenic route is to take the Elbe river path north until you reach the bridge at 'Dresden-Kaditz', then follow the signs towards Moritzburg. It’s approximately a 30-minute ride from Dresden city center to Fasanenschlösschen.
Walking
If you’re feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from Dresden’s city center and head towards Moritzburg. The walk is about 10 km and will take around 2 hours. Follow 'Hauptstraße' out of the city, then take 'Fasanerie' road towards Moritzburg. The scenic route will take you through some lovely countryside.
