From Dresden central station (Dresden Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 11 towards 'Zschertnitz'. Ride for about 14 minutes and get off at the 'Plauen, Dölzschner Straße' stop. After exiting the tram, walk straight along Dölzschner Straße for about 5 minutes until you reach 'Moreauweg'. Turn left onto Moreauweg and continue walking for approximately 10 minutes. The Bismarcksäule will be on your left at the address Moreauweg 1. Look for the tall monument on the hill.
