If you're starting from Dresden's Hauptbahnhof (main train station), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take Tram line 3 towards 'Coschütz' or Tram line 7 towards 'Weixdorf' and ride for about 7 stops. Get off at the 'Albertplatz' stop. From there, transfer to Tram line 11 towards 'Zschertnitz' and ride for 3 more stops. Get off at 'Königsbrücker Str./Bautzner Str.' and walk about 5 minutes on Königsbrücker Str. to reach The Mission Dresden at Königsbrücker Str. 53.
