If you are in the Neustadt area, head towards the main street, Albertstraße. Walk towards the east until you reach the intersection with Martin-Luther-Platz. Continue straight, and you will see Kugelbrunnen on your right at Martin-Luther-Platz. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.
Public Transport - Tram
You can take Tram Line 3 or 8 from any nearby tram stop in Neustadt. Board the tram heading towards either 'Plauen' or 'Bischofsweg'.
