Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the heart of Neustadt, head towards the Elbe River. Start from the main street, Bautzner Strasse, and walk towards the East. You will come to the Albertplatz, which is a central square. From Albertplatz, walk towards the Elbe River, passing through the scenic streets filled with charming cafés and shops. Once you reach the riverbank, turn right and continue walking along the river until you see the Königsufer Terrassen on your left.

• Public Transport - Tram

  From any location in Neustadt, locate the nearest tram station, such as 'Dresden-Neustadt' or 'Albertplatz.' Take tram line 3 or 8 heading towards 'Dresden-Innerstadt.' Get off at the 'Altmarkt' stop. From there, walk towards the Elbe River, heading west. You will find the Königsufer Terrassen along the riverbank. Remember to validate your ticket before boarding the tram; a single ticket costs around €2.40.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental stations around Neustadt. Once you have your bike, head towards the Elbe River by cycling east on Bautzner Strasse until you reach the riverside. Once on the riverside bike path, turn right and cycle along the riverbank until you arrive at the Königsufer Terrassen. The bike ride should take about 10-15 minutes, and bike rentals typically cost around €10 per day.
