From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a regional train (RE) towards Mönchengladbach. Trains run frequently, so you should find one every 30 minutes. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof. Once there, follow the signs to the bus station.
Bus
From Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof, take bus line 20 (direction: 'Waldhausen') or 22 (direction: 'Schmölderpark'). The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Borussia-Park'. The stadium will be a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from Mönchengladbach Hauptbahnhof, it's about a 30-minute walk. Exit the train station and head south on 'Odenkirchener Strasse'. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach 'Hennes Weisweiler Allee'. Turn left, and you will see Borussia-Park on your right.
Tram
Alternatively, from Düsseldorf, you can take tram line 701 towards 'Mönchengladbach' from any tram station in Düsseldorf. This will take you directly to Mönchengladbach's city center. Once you arrive, transfer to bus line 20 or 22 at the main bus station to reach Borussia-Park.
