Once you arrive at Köln Hbf, exit the train and follow the signs to the main exit. Once outside, head towards the left side of the station and take a right onto Trankgasse street. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find the KD/DSC Ticket Office Köln on your left side.

From Düsseldorf Stadtmitte, take the U-Bahn (subway) line U74, U75, or U76 towards Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof. Get off at the last stop, which is at Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof. From there, follow the previous instructions to take the RE train to Köln Hbf. After reaching Köln Hbf, exit and head towards Trankgasse for approximately a 5-minute walk to reach the KD/DSC Ticket Office Köln.
