If you are starting from the central area of Düsseldorf, head to the 'Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof' (main train station). From there, take the U-Bahn line U74, U75, U76, or U77 towards 'Krefeld' or 'Duisburg'. Alight at the 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee' station, which is approximately 4 stops from the main station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the exit leading towards 'Burgplatz'. After exiting the station, walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach 'Burgplatz'.

From Burgplatz, head towards the riverbank (Rheinpromenade) and walk along the promenade for about 10 minutes. You will be walking towards the 'MedienHafen' district.
