If you are currently in Erfurt, take Bus Line 12 from the Erfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station) towards Weimar. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Weimar, Goetheplatz'. From the bus stop, walk north on Goetheplatz for about 5 minutes until you reach Ilmstraße. Turn right onto Ilmstraße, and the entrance to Park an der Ilm will be on your left.

From Erfurt Hauptbahnhof, take a regional train towards Weimar. The ride lasts about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Weimar Hauptbahnhof, exit the train station and head towards the bus terminal adjacent to the station. Take Bus Line 1 towards 'Schöndorf', and get off at 'Weimar, Goetheplatz'. Walk north for about 5 minutes to Ilmstraße, turn right, and the park will be on your left.

If you're staying in the center of Weimar, you can walk to Park an der Ilm. Start at the historic city center, head west on Schillerstraße until you reach Goetheplatz, which is about a 15-minute walk. From Goetheplatz, continue north on Goetheplatz for about 5 minutes, then turn right onto Ilmstraße. The entrance to Park an der Ilm will be on your left.
