From Essen central station (Essen Hauptbahnhof), take the S6 train towards Dortmund. Get off at the stop 'Dülmen'. From there, transfer to bus line 225 towards 'Nordkirchen'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop 'Venusinsel'. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.
