Car

If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Wunsiedel. Head northwest on B299 towards Tröstauer Forst. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will reach the junction for B303. Turn left onto B303 and continue for about 5 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you to Der Kösseinebrunnen. You can park at the designated parking area nearby, which may incur a small fee (around €2-3 for the day). From the parking area, follow the marked hiking trail that will lead you directly to Der Kösseinebrunnen.

Public Transportation

To reach Der Kösseinebrunnen using public transportation, take a train from Hof or Bayreuth to Wunsiedel. From Wunsiedel, you can catch a local bus (Bus Line 12) that heads towards Tröstauer Forst. Disembark at the stop closest to Der Kösseinebrunnen (check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited, especially on weekends). Once you get off the bus, follow the signs for the hiking trail that leads to Der Kösseinebrunnen. It's a pleasant hike of about 1.5 kilometers.

Cycling
