Car
If you are driving, head towards the city of Ansbach. From Nuremberg, take the A6 highway towards Heilbronn and then exit onto the A7 towards Würzburg. Follow the signs for the B13 towards Ansbach. Once in the city, follow Promenade Street; the Ansbach Residence is located at Promenade 27. There is usually street parking available, but be aware of any parking fees.
Public Transportation
If you are traveling by train, take a train to Ansbach from Nuremberg or Würzburg. The main station in Ansbach is well-connected. Upon arrival at Ansbach Bahnhof, exit the station and look for bus line 712, which will take you to the city center. Get off at the 'Promenade' stop, and the Ansbach Residence will be a short walk from there, located at Promenade 27. The bus ticket will cost around €2-3.

If you are already in the city center, you can easily walk to the Ansbach Residence. From the main square (Marktplatz), head north towards Promenade Street. It is approximately a 10-minute walk, and you will find the residence just a few blocks away at Promenade 27. The walk is picturesque, with beautiful views of the surrounding architecture.
