Once in Erlangen, look for parking near the Schlossgarten. There are several public parking garages in the vicinity, such as Parkhaus am Schloss or Parkhaus Stadtmitte, where you can park for a fee (approximately €1.50 per hour). After parking, walk towards the Schlossgarten which is located at the address 91054 Erlangen, right behind the old castle.

If you prefer using public transportation, take the regional train (S-Bahn or RE) to Erlangen station. From the station, you can take bus line 294 towards 'Erlangen Schlossgarten'. Get off at the 'Schlossgarten' stop. The bus fare is approximately €2.50 for a single ticket. The Schlossgarten is just a short walk from the bus stop. Simply head towards the castle, and you will find the gardens behind it.

For those staying in the center of Erlangen, the Schlossgarten is easily accessible on foot. From the central market square (Marktplatz), it’s about a 10-minute walk.
