Subway
If you are near the Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the U6 or U7 line towards 'Enkheim' or 'Hausen'. Get off at the 'Eschenheimer Tor' station. From there, head south on Eschenheimer Tor towards the Bockenheimer Anlage. Continue straight, then turn left onto Opernplatz. You will see Alte Oper on your right at Opernpl. 1.

Board tram line 11 at any nearby tram stop heading towards 'Ginnheim'. Get off at 'Alte Oper' station. Once you exit the tram, you will be right at the Alte Oper, located at Opernpl. 1.
Bus
Catch bus line 36 from the nearest bus stop heading towards 'Stadtgrenze'. Get off at 'Alte Oper' stop. The Alte Oper will be just a short walk away at Opernpl. 1.
Walking
If you are in the city center area such as Zeil shopping street, head towards the main square (Römer). From Römer, walk towards the south and follow the signs to 'Alte Oper'. It's about a 10-minute walk from there. Just keep walking straight until you reach Opernpl. 1.
