Get off at Hanau Hbf (Hanau Hauptbahnhof). After arriving at Hanau Hbf, exit the station and follow the signs for the bus terminal. Take bus line 1 (Richtung Hanau, Stadtmitte) for 4 stops and get off at 'Am Markt'. The Brothers Grimm National Monument is a short walk from the bus stop.
