Public Transport
If you are starting from the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the U4 subway line towards Bockenheimer Warte. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Dom/Römer'. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Römer'. Walk towards the Römer square, then head towards the river Main. You will see the Eiserner Steg bridge ahead of you. It is a short 10-minute walk from the station.

If you are near the Römer square, simply walk towards the river Main. The Eiserner Steg bridge is located directly across from the Römer. As you approach the river, you will see the bridge clearly marked. It will take you about 5 minutes to walk from the Römer to the Eiserner Steg.

From the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, you can also take tram line 11 or 12 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Römer' stop. After exiting the tram, head towards the Römer square and follow the same directions as above to reach the Eiserner Steg bridge, which is about a 5-minute walk from there.

If you are near the central area, take bus line 30 or 64 towards 'Römer'. Get off at the 'Römer' stop. From here, walk towards the river Main, and you will reach the Eiserner Steg in about 5 minutes.
