If you are at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station), exit the station and head to the tram stop 'Hauptbahnhof'. From there, take tram line 16 or 17 towards 'Neu-Isenburg' or 'Ginnheim'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Schweizer Platz' station. From the tram stop, walk south on Schweizer Strasse for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Schaumainkai. The Städel Museum will be on your right at Schaumainkai 63.
Public Transport - U-Bahn
If you are near the 'Konstablerwache' area, locate the U-Bahn station and take line U6 towards 'Enkheim' or line U7 towards 'Hausen'. Get off at 'Willy-Brandt-Platz' station. From the station, walk south towards the River Main, then turn left and walk along the riverbank for about 15 minutes until you reach Schaumainkai. The Städel Museum is located at Schaumainkai 63.

If you are in the Sachsenhausen district, you can reach Städel Museum on foot. Start at the 'Schweizer Platz' area and walk towards the River Main. Once you reach the riverbank, turn right and follow the path along the river for about 10 minutes. You will see the Städel Museum on your left at Schaumainkai 63.
Bus
From the 'Römer' area, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus line 46 towards 'Schaumainkai'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Städel Museum' bus stop. The museum is directly across the street at Schaumainkai 63.
