    Train

    From Freiburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a train towards Triberg. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Triberg train station, exit the station and walk towards the main road (B33). Turn right onto the B33 and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Cl.-Maria-Hofbauer-Straße. Turn left onto Cl.-Maria-Hofbauer-Straße, and the Maria in der Tanne church will be on your right.

    Bus

    From Freiburg city center, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 721 towards 'Triberg'. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Triberg, Kirche' stop. From there, walk up Cl.-Maria-Hofbauer-Straße for a few minutes, and you will find the Maria in der Tanne church on your left.

    Bicycle

    If you are feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Freiburg. Follow the bike paths towards Triberg, which is about 18 kilometers away. The route will take you through beautiful Black Forest scenery. Once you arrive in Triberg, head towards the center of town and find Cl.-Maria-Hofbauer-Straße. The church is located at number 17, just a short ride from the main area.

    Walking

    If you are already in Triberg, you can easily walk to the Maria in der Tanne church. From the center of Triberg, make your way to the B33 and walk towards Cl.-Maria-Hofbauer-Straße. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main square. Simply follow the signs to the church, and you will find it at Cl.-Maria-Hofbauer-Straße 17.
