Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Hannover, head towards the main train station (Hannover Hauptbahnhof). From the station, exit towards the southern side and walk down the 'Bahnhofstraße' street. Continue straight until you reach the 'Aegidientorplatz' square. At the square, take a slight left onto 'Hohenzollernstraße'. Continue walking down Hohenzollernstraße for about 15 minutes. You will find Eilenriede City Forest located on your left, at Hohenzollernstraße 28.

From the central station (Hannover Hauptbahnhof), take the U-Bahn (subway) line U1 towards 'Sarstedt'. Get off at the stop 'Hannover Königsworther Platz' (approximately 5 minutes). From the station, walk south along 'Königsworther Platz' until you reach 'Hohenzollernstraße'. Turn left onto Hohenzollernstraße and walk for about 10 minutes. Eilenriede City Forest will be on your right at Hohenzollernstraße 28.
