    If you are starting from Hannover Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the U-Bahn (subway) line 4 towards Garbsen. After 6 stops, get off at the Herrenhäuser Gärten station. From there, exit the station and head northeast on Herrenhäuser Str. for about 5 minutes. You'll see the entrance to Herrenhäuser Gärten on your right.

  • Walking

    If you are near the city center (Marktkirche), walk north on Georgstraße towards the Aegidienstraße. Continue straight onto Goseriede, then turn left onto Bäckerstraße. Follow Bäckerstraße and then turn right onto Herrenhäuser Str. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach Herrenhäuser Gärten, which will be on your left.

  • Bus

    From the central bus station (ZOB), take bus line 100 towards Ahlem. Ride for 7 stops and get off at the Herrenhäuser Gärten stop. After exiting the bus, walk a short distance southeast on Herrenhäuser Str. for about 3 minutes to reach the entrance of Herrenhäuser Gärten.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in the city. Start from the city center and head northwest on Podbielskistraße.
