    From List, head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Liststraße'. Take tram line 11 towards 'Herrenhäuser Gärten'. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes, and trams run frequently. Disembark at the 'Herrenhäuser Gärten' stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the main entrance of Herrenhäuser Gärten, located at Herrenhäuser Str. 4.

    If you prefer to walk, you can start from the center of List and head northwest on Welfenstraße towards Herrenhäuser Allee. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Herrenhäuser Str. Turn left and walk for a few more minutes. Herrenhäuser Gärten will be on your right. This walk will take roughly 20-25 minutes, depending on your pace.
