    From the center of Vahrenwald, head south on Vahrenwalder Str. towards Hohenzollernstraße. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Hohenzollernstraße 28. Eilenriede City Forest will be on your left side. This walk should take approximately 20 minutes.

    If you have access to a bike, you can ride from Vahrenwald to Eilenriede City Forest. Start by cycling south on Vahrenwalder Str. and turn left onto Hohenzollernstraße. The distance is about 1.5 kilometers and should take around 5-10 minutes. You will find bike racks available near the entrance of the forest.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    You can take the bus to reach Eilenriede City Forest. From Vahrenwald, walk to the nearest bus stop 'Vahrenwalder Str./Hannover Messe' (Bus 100 or 200). Take the bus for 2 stops and get off at 'Hohenzollernstraße'. The forest entrance is a short walk from the bus stop (about 5 minutes). A single ticket costs approximately €2.90.
