From the Brocken summit, follow the signs for the Gipfelrundweg (summit circular path). The Teufelskanzel is visible from various points along this path, particularly on the southern side of the summit area. The path is well-maintained but can be icy in winter.

Take the Harz narrow-gauge railway (Harzer Schmalspurbahnen) to the Brocken summit station. From the station, follow the signs for the Gipfelrundweg. The Teufelskanzel will be visible from the path. A one-way ticket from Wernigerode to Brocken costs approximately €34 for adults and €20.50 for children. A round-trip ticket costs approximately €51 for adults and €30.50 for children.
