From the center of Neuenheim, head east towards Tiergartenstraße. Walk along Neuenheimer Landstraße until you reach the intersection with Tiergartenstraße. This should take around 10-15 minutes on foot. Turn left onto Tiergartenstraße, and continue walking straight. You will see the entrance to Heidelberg Zoo on your right after approximately 800 meters.
