Walking
If you are in the city center of Koblenz, make your way to the Zentralplatz. The Mittelrheinmuseum is located directly at Zentralpl. 1, which is easily accessible on foot. From the Deutsches Eck (where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet), head north along the river promenade toward the city center. Continue straight until you reach the central square, known as Zentralplatz. The museum is situated on the eastern side of the square, identifiable by its large entrance and signage. It should take you about 10-15 minutes to walk from Deutsches Eck.
Public Transport
From Koblenz Hauptbahnhof (the main train station), you can take bus line 1 or 8 towards 'Koblenz Stadtmitte'. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Zentralplatz' stop. The Mittelrheinmuseum is just a short walk from the bus stop; you will see the museum directly as you exit the bus. The museum is located at Zentralpl. 1, which is right on the square.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, Koblenz has a bike-sharing system available. Locate a bike from a nearby station and cycle towards Zentralplatz. Follow the bike paths toward the city center. Once you reach Zentralplatz, park your bike at the designated bike racks available around the square. The Mittelrheinmuseum is located at Zentralpl. 1, easily visible once you arrive at the square.
