Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards the Deutsches Eck, a prominent landmark where the Moselle river meets the Rhine. After reaching the Deutsches Eck, you will see the large monument of Emperor Wilhelm I. From here, walk along the riverfront promenade (Rheinanlagen) for about 500 meters until you reach Willi-Hörter-Platz. The Ort der Kinderrechte / Stele is located at Willi-Hörter-Platz 3, which is just a short distance from the promenade.
