If you are in the main area of Ehrenbreitstein, head towards the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. From the fortress, exit and follow the signs towards the river. Walk along the scenic paths by the Rhine River, keeping the water to your right. The Joseph-Görres-Denkmal is located in the Kaiserin-Augusta-Anlagen park, which is a short 15-minute walk from the fortress.
Public Transport
From Ehrenbreitstein, you can take a bus to the Koblenz main station (Hauptbahnhof). Look for the bus stop that serves lines heading towards 'Koblenz, Hauptbahnhof'. The bus ride should take around 10 minutes. Once at the main station, you can transfer to bus line 6 or 7 towards 'Koblenz, Stadtmitte'. Get off at 'Kaiserin-Augusta-Anlagen' stop. The Joseph-Görres-Denkmal is a short walk from the bus stop.

For a more scenic route, take the cable car from Ehrenbreitstein to the Deutsches Eck. The cable car station is located near the fortress. The ride offers stunning views of the Rhine and Moselle rivers and takes about 5 minutes. Once you arrive at the Deutsches Eck, walk towards the park along the river for about 10-15 minutes to reach the Joseph-Görres-Denkmal. Note that the cable car may have a fee of around €10 for a round trip.
