Getting There

  • Public Transport

    If you're starting from Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), take tram line 4 towards 'Leipzig-Plagwitz' or tram line 7 towards 'Leipzig-Reudnitz'. After 3 stops, get off at 'Augustusplatz'. From Augustusplatz, walk towards the eastern side where you will see the Gewandhaus concert hall. Continue walking straight until you reach the Naschmarkt square. Löwenbrunnen is located at the center of the square.

    From the Old Town Hall (Altes Rathaus), head southeast on Markt towards Grimmaische Str. Continue straight until you reach the 'Leipziger Str.' intersection. Turn left onto 'Leipziger Str.' and walk straight. After a few minutes, you'll arrive at Naschmarkt. Löwenbrunnen will be visible in the center of the square.
