From Plagwitz, head to the nearest tram stop, 'Plagwitz, Klingerstraße'. Take tram line 11 towards 'Leipzig, Markkleeberg West'. This tram runs frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Leipzig, Hauptbahnhof' (Main Station).
