Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Lübeck Hauptbahnhof (main train station), exit the station and head southeast on Willy-Brandt-Allee toward Konrad-Adenauer-Straße. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Breite Straße. Turn left onto Breite Straße and follow it until you reach the historic city center. Once you are in the city center, continue on Breite Straße, which becomes Mengstraße. Buddenbrookhaus will be on your left at Mengstraße 4.

    From Lübeck Hauptbahnhof, you can take bus number 5 towards 'Gottorf' or number 6 towards 'Buntekuh'. Get off at the 'St. Marien' stop. From there, walk northeast on Breite Straße, which turns into Mengstraße. Buddenbrookhaus is located at Mengstraße 4 on your left side.
