If you are starting from the Lübeck city center, head towards the Holstentor, a famous city gate. From there, continue straight along the Breite Straße, which will lead you to the Trave river. Once you reach the river, turn right onto the Wakenitzufer. Follow the riverbank, and you will soon see Molchteich on your left. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes.
Public Transport
From the Lübeck central station (Lübeck Hauptbahnhof), take bus number 6 towards 'St. Jürgen'. Get off at the 'Wakenitz' stop. From the bus stop, walk along Wakenitzufer street, and you will reach Molchteich within a few minutes. The bus ride takes around 10-15 minutes, and you'll need to walk approximately 5 minutes to reach your destination.
