Look for the distinctive Abtswasserkunst tower. The path is mostly flat and paved, making it an easy walk.
Public Transport
From Lüneburg train station (Bahnhof Lüneburg), take bus line 5011 or 5012 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Am Sande' stop. From there, follow the walking directions above (approximately 15-20 minute walk). A single bus fare is approximately €2.50. Alternatively, from the train station, you can take a taxi or ride-share to the Abbey Mill for approximately €8-€12.
Driving
If driving, navigate to 'b. d. Abtsmühle 1, 21335 Lüneburg'. Be aware that parking in the immediate vicinity of the Abbey Mill is limited. There is a small parking area available, but it can fill up quickly, especially during peak season. Consider parking at the City Parkhaus car park (located a short walk away) where hourly rates are around €2, with a daily maximum of €15 (Sundays €3).
