If you are already in the town of Monschau, the Monschau-Touristik GmbH is conveniently located at Stadtstraße 16. From the center of Monschau, head towards the main street (Kaiserstraße) and follow it until you reach the traffic lights. Turn left onto Stadtstraße and walk for about 200 meters. The tourist information center will be on your right, just before the intersection with Heidweg.

If you are driving, set your GPS to Stadtstraße 16, 52156 Monschau. Upon arriving in Monschau, follow the signs to the city center. There are limited parking spaces available nearby, especially on weekends. You can park at the designated parking areas along Stadtstraße or the nearby public parking lots. Once parked, it is a short walk to the tourist information center, which is about a 5-minute walk from most parking spots.

If you are using public transport, take a regional bus to Monschau. The closest bus stop is 'Monschau Stadtmitte'. From the bus stop, walk towards Kaiserstraße, and head straight until you reach the traffic lights. Turn left onto Stadtstraße and continue for approximately 200 meters. The Monschau-Touristik GmbH will be on your right. Please note that if you are coming from Aachen or other nearby cities, you might need to transfer buses, so check the local bus schedules ahead of time.
