Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards the town of Lembach in France, which is just across the border from Germany. From Moselle, take the A620 towards Saarbrücken, then merge onto the A6 towards Metz. Continue on the A6, then take the exit towards Lembach (D103). Follow the D103 to Lembach, then look for signs directing you to Lieu-dit Fleckenstein. There is parking available near the castle. Note that there might be tolls on some of the highways.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take a train from any major station in Moselle (e.g., Metz or Thionville) to Wissembourg. From Wissembourg, you can take a local bus (line 250) towards Lembach. Once you arrive in Lembach, you will need to walk approximately 2.5 kilometers to reach the Castle of Fleckenstein, following the signposts directing you to the castle. The bus schedule may vary, so it's advisable to check the latest timetable before your trip.
