After exiting the station, you will find yourself in the central square of Marienplatz. From here, walk towards the iconic New Town Hall (Neues Rathaus) and the Glockenspiel.

From Marienplatz, head east on Kaufingerstraße, which becomes Sendlinger Straße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Isartorstraße. Turn left onto Isartorstraße and follow it until you reach the Isar River. Once you arrive at the river, continue walking along the paths until you reach the Friedensengel, which is situated on a small hill overlooking the river.

Alternatively, you can take tram line 18 from 'Marienplatz' toward 'St. Emmeram'. Get off at the 'Friedensengel' stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs towards the Friedensengel monument, which will be a short walk away.
